Your fare is locked in when you book. There is no meter and no surge pricing, and the rate does not change for traffic on the ring road, rain, rush hour, night, weekends or public holidays. Highway tolls, airport parking and airport waiting time are included in the price shown.

Return trips: 15% off the combined fare. Child seats €10 each, booster seats €5 each. Prices are fixed when you book.

Door to door

Your chauffeur collects you from your hotel, home or chosen address and drives you to your destination. At the airport, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and helps with your luggage. For airport departures, we pick you up at your door at the time you choose.

English-speaking drivers

Every JUMBO DRIVE chauffeur speaks English. You can agree your route and ask questions about Paris in English. You choose where to go.

Safe and secure

You pay on a secure Stripe payment page, either a 20% deposit or the full fare. You receive an email confirmation for your booking. Each vehicle is a premium car driven by a professional chauffeur, and every vehicle has WiFi, phone chargers, bottled water and tissues.

2. Pay a 20% deposit or the full fare on a secure payment page.
3. We confirm your booking by email. The remaining 80% is due no later than 24 hours before pickup.

Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund including any deposit. Free changes up to 36 hours before pickup when the pickup and destination stay the same. Other changes are subject to approval and availability and may change the price. Less than 24 hours before pickup, or if the passenger does not show up, the amount paid is not refundable.

Children and child seats

Child seats cost €10 each and booster seats cost €5 each, with up to 2 of each. Please tell us the age of each child when you book.

How much does a private driver cost in Paris?

Each price is fixed when you book. For example, Paris to or from Charles de Gaulle airport is €70 for a sedan for up to 4 passengers, and Orly is €60. A van for up to 7 passengers is 30% higher. You see the total before you pay.

Are there extra charges for traffic, rain, rush hour, night or weekends?

No. Your rate stays the same for traffic, rain, rush hour, night, weekends and public holidays. There is no meter and no surge pricing.

Are tolls and parking included?

Yes. Highway tolls and airport parking are included in the price shown.

Is there free waiting time at the airport?

Yes. For airport arrivals, your driver waits 60 minutes free of charge from the actual landing time. Send us your flight number and we track your flight.

Will the driver speak English?

Yes. All JUMBO DRIVE chauffeurs are English-speaking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund including any deposit. Changes are free up to 36 hours before pickup when the pickup and destination stay the same. Other changes are subject to approval and availability and may change the price. Less than 24 hours before pickup, or if the passenger does not show up, the amount paid is not refundable.
