Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Not yet: every request is reviewed and approved by our team. You pay securely when you book, and if we cannot accept your request you are refunded in full.
How does the pricing work?
Trips from or to Paris and its airports on our price list have a fixed price shown on this website. For other addresses the price is calculated automatically from the distance and shown as an estimate before you pay.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, with a full refund. Changes are free up to 36 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Write to us on WhatsApp or at [email protected] with your booking reference.
How do I pay?
Securely online by card through Stripe. You can pay the full fare, or a 20% deposit with the balance due no later than 24 hours before pickup.
What happens at the airport?
Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area with a name sign, subject to airport rules. We track your flight when you give us the flight number, and include 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.
How much luggage and how many passengers fit?
The premium sedan takes up to 4 passengers and 4 standard pieces of luggage; the premium van up to 7 passengers and 7 pieces. Please declare strollers, wheelchairs and oversized items in advance.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request, for EUR 10 per seat. Choose the number of seats in the booking form.
Which languages do you speak?
Our website, emails and customer service are available in English and French.
