Frequently asked questions
How much does a private driver cost?
The price is fixed when you book: €45 for Paris to Paris, and airport transfers from €60 for up to 4 passengers in a sedan. Taxes are included, with no meter and no surprise at the end. A van for up to 7 passengers is also available at a fixed price.
Where does the driver pick me up?
From your hotel or any address in Paris, or at the airport or station you choose. Your driver meets you at the pickup point with a name sign.
How do I book and pay?
Book online at any time. Pay a 20% deposit now or the full fare, on a secure payment page. The remaining balance, if any, is due no later than 24 hours before pickup. Online booking closes 6 hours before pickup; for shorter notice, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and changes are free up to 36 hours before, subject to availability.
Can I travel with children?
Yes. Child seats are available for €10 each. Please tell us the age of each child when you book.
