Airport pickup information
- Flight number requested for airport pickups.
- 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from actual landing time, subject to the agreed policy.
- Meet-and-greet with a name sign, subject to airport rules and arrangements.
- Your request is not confirmed until JUMBO DRIVE approves it and payment is verified.
Flight tracking and automated chauffeur messages must be configured and tested before being advertised as active services.

Cancellations & changes
Simple, fair terms that you can read before you pay.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. You receive a full refund of everything you paid, including a deposit.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup, or if the passenger does not show up, the amount paid is not refundable.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours before pickup are not eligible for free cancellation, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
- If we cannot carry out your transfer or are unable to accept your request, you are refunded in full.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your booking reference.
Changes to your booking
- Free changes up to 36 hours before pickup. You can change the date, time, pickup or destination address, number of passengers or extras, subject to availability.
- Some changes, such as a different destination, a larger vehicle or extra stops, can change the price. We tell you the new fare before applying them.
- For changes less than 36 hours before pickup, we will do our best to help. Additional fees may apply.
- If you paid a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% is due no later than 24 hours before pickup.
